We caught up with Jessica to chat all things food, fashion, and how lockdown has been on the island of Hawaii.

Bluebella: Hello Jessica! Tell us a bit about yourself.

Jessica: This one is always a bit tricky to answer, haha! Do I give a short life story, do I tell you my strengths and weaknesses, the list can go on forever! Long story short, I am just a woman with a dream to make people happy. I love seeing the feedback about how my jewellery and the content I create helps people to feel empowered and confident. I am currently living in Hawaii, married and hoping that what I do continues to make people happy and inspire other like-minded individuals to believe in themselves and to achieve their dreams!

Bluebella: What has life been like for you recently? How have you been coping with lockdown on Hawaii?

Jessica: Life has been challenging but amazing. It was just over a year ago that I made the big move to live in Hawaii to join my husband. Long distance is tough! I had to move my business and my life to be with him. Coping with lockdown has been fairly easy for me because I work mostly from home anyway and I don’t go out much – unless it is for food! That is what has been difficult; the food! Lots of our favourite restaurants were closed for a while. It is definitely a lot better now that Hawaii has re-opened back up for tourism.

Bluebella: You’re known for styling up your lingerie looks with harness accessories – what is it that you love about this particular aesthetic, and what does lingerie mean to you?

Jessica: I just love that you can change the mood of an outfit with a certain piece or accessory. I love that harnesses create a moody, sexy look. It really does make an outfit stand out to its full potential, which is why I love to create looks based around harnesses.
Lingerie is a woman’s alter ego, in my opinion. Lingerie can make you feel powerful and lets you be whoever you want to be.

Bluebella: How did you first come across Bluebella?

Jessica: Wow, I think maybe four or five years ago? When I started using Instagram Bluebella was one of the first lingerie companies I was fortunate enough to work with.


Bluebella: How would you describe your personal sense of style?

Jessica: Oh boy. This is a hard one to answer. I feel like my style ranges depending on my mood. I have two main styles, and that is either casual and comfy or full on glam 😂

Bluebella: What’s the one luxury you can’t live without?

Jessica: FOOD! I spend all my money on food with no regrets. It is the one thing I look forward to every single day.


Bluebella: Who or what is inspiring you right now?

Jessica: Molly-Mae. Her fashion is #goals!


Bluebella: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

Jessica: Be true to yourself. Be the best version of yourself.
