EXPRESS DELIVERY - IMPORTANT NOTE
During peak demand time (e.g. Black Friday weekend, Christmas and Valentine's Day) deliveries may take longer than expected. For this reason our Express shipping may be delayed.
Generally, order before 11:30AM (GMT) from Monday – Thursday for your order to arrive within 2 working days. We do not currently offer weekend delivery on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders placed on a Friday after 11:30AM (GMT) or over the weekend with Express delivery will be dispatched the next working day and delivered within 2 working days. Orders placed on UK public holidays will be processed the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.
- Please note delivery estimates are subject to your location and couriers might extend the delivery window if your location is classified as "remote". Please contact our customer care team for more information on this.
- If you order products from our site your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination outside of the UK. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Payment of any such import duties and taxes is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

DELIVERY PACKAGING
Your order will be delivered in a stylish black mailer bag with the Bluebella logo.
Larger orders will arrive in an unbranded brown mailer box.
Gift wrapped items will be packaged in a luxury branded gift box, and delivered in a white outer carton.
TRACKING
For maximum peace of mind, all orders are sent with tracking. You can easily track your order on the relevant courier website with the tracking code we automatically send to you on your shipping confirmation.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY SERVICE AND OPTIONS?
We offer a number of delivery options. You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or work address. We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in full. However please note that during peak demand times (such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Black Friday weekend) deliveries may take longer than expected.
Bluebella currently uses Landmark and DHL services to ship to Australia, with standard and express shipping options available.
WHAT IF YOU ARE OUT WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES?
If you are out when the parcel arrives, a delivery attempt will be registered on your tracking (provided in your Shipping Confirmation Email). You will then be able to contact the courier directly via the details provided on their tracking page in order to rearrange delivery for a time more convenient for you or to arrange a collection (if available). Most couriers have a delivery window of 8AM to 8PM and will provide a delivery time estimate but please refer to your tracking for more information.
WHAT IF YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE WHEN YOU EXPECT?
If your delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us. We will then do everything we can to track down your order.
